PUREformance Cables does not sell products for children, but it does sell products to adults, who may purchase our products with a credit card or other valid payment method. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website. By using this website, you are representing that you are at least 18 year of age. If you are younger than 18 years of age, please do not access our website, create an account on our website, or purchase any products or services through this website without the supervision of your parent or guardian.

Your Account
To purchase our products or use our services, you may need to create an account on this website, including providing a username and password, and you may also be required to log into your account and have a valid payment method associated with it. When you create an account with us, you agree to: provide accurate, complete and current information about yourself, as necessary to create the account; and update your account information as needed to keep it current and complete.
If there is a problem charging your selected payment method, we may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account. To manage your payment options and settings, please go to account settings.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under the age of 18, you may use this website, and purchase products, only with involvement of a parent or guardian. PUREformance Cables reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, terminate your rights to use our services, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
Prices and Purchasing
To purchase any products or services through this website, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address, shipping address, e-mail address, name, telephone number, and payment information, including your credit card number, expiration date, CVV number, and billing address.
By using the services of this website to purchase a product or service, you agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any user of your account at the prices in effect when the charges are incurred. You are responsible for paying any taxes (such as sales taxes) relating to your purchases.
Prices and availability of our products or services are subject to availability and change without notice.
Risk of Loss
All purchases of physical products from us are made based on a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number BEFORE returning any products by contacting a sales representative via email at sales@pureformancecables.com.
Issuance of an RMA does not mean credit will be issued. Credit will only be issued after returned product is received in original condition. Returns are subject to a 20% restock fee or a $15.00 minimum. No allowance will be made for shipping costs, inbound or outbound. Product being returned must be shipped prepaid. Product returned without an RMA or with freight collect will be refused. No returns allowed after 30 days from purchase date.
Products that are defective or shipped in error by PUREformance Cables will not be subject to a restock fee.
Custom manufactured products cannot be cancelled and are not returnable for any reason unless they are found to be defective.
Warranty
All products have a 12-month warranty. We will replace or refund purchase price, PUREformance Cables option, for any product that fails to perform as specified. Warranty excludes damaged or misused items.
Product Information and Descriptions
We try to describe our products or services as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that a description of a product or service we offer is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by PUREformance Cables is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition after securing an RMA number and before 30 days have passed from the purchase date.
Product Shipments
Product pricing does not include shipping. Shipping and handling charges will be added to all shipments based on the shipment method you choose.
If you choose to ship through your own carrier service, you will need to input the “FSwithOwnCarrier” discount code found on our “Ship with Your Own Carrier” page at checkout when making your purchase. This will remove any shipping charges on your purchase. However, products will not be shipped until we are able to work with you on setting up your own carrier pickup option via email from sales@pureformancecables.com or through one of our sales representatives who will contact you at the email address you provide at Checkout.
Depending on where you live, we may not be able to ship our product to you. We cannot guarantee that our products and services are available for delivery to all locations within or outside the United States.
You may not be able to purchase, and we may not be able to ship to you any product or service offered by this website if you are the subject of U.S. sanctions or of sanctions consistent with U.S. law imposed by the governments of the country where you are using our services. You must comply with all U.S. or other export and re-export restrictions that may apply to goods and services.

When you access a non-PUREformance Cables website, please understand that it is independent from PUREformance Cables, and that we have no control over the content of that website. Disputes
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any PUREformance Cable service, or to any products or services sold or distributed by PUREformance Cable or through this website will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement.
There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including injunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages), and must follow the terms of these Conditions of Use as a court would.
To begin an arbitration proceeding, you must send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your claim to our registered agent Chih Yin Tseng, 2645 West 237th Street, Torrance, CA 90505. The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, including the AAA's Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes. The AAA's rules are available at www.adr.org or by calling 1-800-778-7879. Payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA's rules. You may choose to have the arbitration conducted by telephone, based on written submissions, or in person in the county where you live or at another mutually agreed location.
We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration we each waive any right to a jury trial. We also both agree that you or we may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.
Applicable Law
By using any this website and/or any PUREformance Cable service, you agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the state of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and PUREformance Cable.
Changes to these Conditions of Use
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. Any changes or modifications to our website, polices and these Conditions of Use will be effective immediately upon publication.
Severability
If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining conditions.
